Brainerd Public Utilities (BPU) is a municipally-owned utility that has proudly served the City of Brainerd, parts of the City of Baxter, and surrounding townships since 1892. With over a century of reliable service, BPU provides essential electric, water, and wastewater services to the community. Cold Weather Rule
